Dimensions of Strategic Leadership among Academic Leaders at Jerash University from the faculty member's point of view

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the dimensions of strategy among academic leaders at Jerash University from the faculty members' point of view, The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the study sample consisted of (144) A faculty member at Jerash University, The results showed that the degree of practicing the dimensions of strategic leadership among academic leaders was medium and there weren't significant differences of the practicing the dimensions of Strategic leadership among academic leaders due to gender, academic rank, and experience. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including the necessity to increasing the interest of academic leaders in providing the necessary needs for faculty members.
