Revealing earning in Islamic jurisprudence and obligating it "A comparative jurisprudential study"

Abstract

Study Abstract :
Allah has designated wealth as a means for people to sustain their
livelihoods, and earning is one of the fundamental avenues through which
individuals attain possession of wealth. This research aims to elucidate the
multiple rulings on earnings in Islamic Sharia, addressing the various
jurisprudential issues under each ruling. It explores contemporary aspects
of earnings such as electronic marketing, aiming to integrate theoretical
foundations with jurisprudential application. This is achieved through a
partial inductive approach to textual analysis, followed by analytical
examination and subsequent comparative analysis .
