Happiness and Its Relationship with Emotional Intelligence Among High School Students in the Jatt Area within the Palestinian Interior

The study aimed to identify the relationship between happiness and emotional intelligence among secondary school students in the Jatt area in the Palestinian interior and to investigate the level of happiness and emotional intelligence.
The study sample consisted of (400) secondary school students in the Jatt area in the Palestinian interior. To achieve the study aims, the descriptive correlational approach was used, and the happiness scale and the emotional intelligence scale were used. Their validity and reliability were checked.
The results showed that the level of happiness and emotional intelligence among secondary school students in the Jatt area in the Palestinian interior were moderate, and there was a statistically significant positive relationship between the happiness scale and emotional intelligence. The study recommended to continuing to provide and implement programs to enhance happiness and emotional intelligence among secondary school students
